Importance of Fruits
You've heard frequently that "one apple a day keeps the doctor away". Yeah, that's true, apples. Even fruits play significant roles in our lives.
Fruits contain a large amount of fiber which is an essential product for digestion. Fruits also contain carbohydrates, which have a high amount of energy (because carbohydrates contain sugar, which breaks down easily and gives energy quickly).
There are many fruits that contain a large amount of water. Approximately 90 to 95 per cent of water is found in many fruits, but that doesn't mean that other fruits don't contain water. Fruits were also sources of nutrients, macronutrients, minerals, fructose, and glucose.
Let's first learn about each fruit and how it contributes to our ability to live a healthy life:

Apple: Apples are mostly common in the United States. The plant compounds known as flavonoids found in apples have several health benefits. They also contain pectin, a fibre that is digested in the intestines. You won't consume as much fibre or flavonoids if you peel the apple before eating it. It contains a lot of nutrients, Like vitamins C and A and flavonoids. They prevent damage to blood vessels and protect the heart. They also help control cholesterol levels and play a vital role in killing cancer cells. There are so many health benefits of apples including increasing the immune system, preventing memory loss, improving lung health and also helping in losing weight.
Banana: A banana is a widespread fruit that is consumed by many of us. In addition to being a delicious and useful fruit, bananas are also very important for many reasons, including that they boost energy because they contain a large number of carbohydrates and that they improve the digestive system because of their richness in dietary fibres. Bananas also contain potassium, which is beneficial for heart health. They contain an amino acid known as tryptophan. When we eat a banana, tryptophan is converted into serotonin, which helps enhance mood. There are also many benefits to bananas, including blood sugar regulation, improved insulin sensitivity, and weight loss.
Orange: They are rich in vitamins C, A, B1, potassium, and folate. Orange is a citrus fruit that protects us from chronic diseases. It controls your blood sugar levels and lowers your cholesterol to fend off heart disease. There are numerous health benefits of orange, including helping in brain development, protecting the vision, supporting against cancer, improving the immune system, and being Good for our skin and eyes as well.
Papaya: A delightful tropical fruit with a lot of vitamins A, C, and E. It has a wonderful flavour and taste, as well as several health advantages. It is a fruit you should include in your regular diet. They are simple to include in fruit salads or to consume straight from the container. Eating papaya can decrease the risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and much more. They have much importance in fighting asthma, digestion, hair health, and skin diseases.
Watermelon: It is the most popular summer fruit it contains almost 92% of water. Stronger bones and joints are the result of watermelon's high potassium content, which also aids in the ability of the body to retain calcium. Numerous fresh fruits generally have significant vitamin C content. There are lots of health benefits of watermelon and some of them are listed below:
1. Hydration: Watermelon is a great fruit to eat to stay hydrated because it has high water content, especially during the hot summer months.

It contains many different types of vitamins and elements that are essential for our body like vitamins A, C, E B6, K and B9. They also contain magnesium, potassium and copper which are essential elements for the health of our body.
Grapes: Eating grapes offer you many health benefits. Grapes contain a large number of elements which are helpful in curing different diseases. They fight against cancer. They have antioxidant properties which help us to protect against stress and also control inflammation. They are a good source of dietary fibre so they help to regulate the digestive system. Good for vision and also for brain and mental health. It also protects against viral, yeast and bacterial infections.
