Importance of Fruits

             


You've heard frequently that "one apple a day keeps the doctor away". Yeah, that's true, apples. Even fruits play significant roles in our lives.

Fruits as well as vegetables have high health benefits that play an important role in the development of human health and the body. They both contain important vitamins and minerals, which play a vital role in curing many types of different diseases.

Fruits contain a large amount of fiber which is an essential product for digestion. Fruits also contain carbohydrates, which have a high amount of energy (because carbohydrates contain sugar, which breaks down easily and gives energy quickly).

There are many fruits that contain a large amount of water. Approximately 90 to 95 per cent of water is found in many fruits, but that doesn't mean that other fruits don't contain water. Fruits were also sources of nutrients, macronutrients, minerals, fructose, and glucose.

Good for vision and also for brain and mental health. It also protects against viral, yeast and bacterial infections.
 


Black currant or Falsa: It is also known as falsa or phalsa.  It is a refreshing fruit with a berry-like flavour that is refreshing as well as healthy. Falsa contain lots of health benefits some of which include:
